3.     Are legal definitions used for terms such as: driver, person, motor vehicle, resident, driving?

4.     As a condition of registering my car with the DMV am I granting a possessory or other interest in it to the DMV?

The point of sending such an inquiry is to determine IF IN FACT YOU ACTUALLY ENGAGE IN WHAT THE DMV REGULATES.  If you don't, YOU CAN NOT BE FORCED TO DECLARE THAT YOU DO!!!

What might that be pray tell?
